This cedar frond ring was a fun challenge, setting the faceted black spinel cabochon on the cedar was no easy task! Wild horse turquoise is absolutely amazing. It’s not to be confused with wild horse magnesite, which is not turquoise. This wild horse is turquoise and is mined in Tibet by one man so there’s not much on the market. I loved the blue hues in these stones with the black matrix. And of course they pair perfectly with the spinel cab.
I patterned the back and ring band with the same diamonds design.

This ring measures a 9.75 US but because of the wide band, it will fit about a whole size smaller; 8.75. Please contact me if you have any questions about the sizing!

This piece has been hand forged by me in my little studio using methods that have been around for hundreds of years. All metal used on this piece is solid 999 fine silver and solid 925 sterling silver. I use recycled fine silver and recycled sterling silver whenever possible.
